While Kris initially stated she was “fine” with the procedure, she later admitted to feeling very emotional about the situation. She described the decision to undergo a hysterectomy as “removing something that gave me six of the best parts of my whole life” in reference to her six children.

In an emotional confessional, Kris reminisced about her pregnancies and expressed her love for being pregnant. She mourned the fact that she would never be able to experience pregnancy again. Kris described that period of her life as the best years where everything felt perfect.

Kris’s daughters, Kim and Khloe, tried to lift her spirits by throwing her a party ahead of her surgery. They aimed to celebrate the incredible role her ovaries had played in bringing her children into the world and offered support during this challenging time.

Fortunately, Kris’s surgery was successful, and she was seen recovering at home in a teaser for the next episode of The Kardashians. She expressed feeling great post-surgery and appeared to be in good spirits.

Kris further revealed her deep emotional connection to motherhood when she told her daughters about the discovery of the tumor on her ovary. She emphasized the sacredness of the place where her children were conceived and grown, highlighting the significance of her reproductive organs in her life.
